Pumpkin Pie Green Smoothie

Is there anything better in the world than spinach that tastes like pumpkin pie?! I don't think so.

Pumpkin Pie Green Smoothie, 1 serving
2 handfuls raw baby spinach
1/2 C pumpkin puree
1 C ice
1 C water
1 scoop protein powder, (I used Cinnamon Swirl Cellucor)
1 Tbsp agave, honey or your sweetener of choice
1 Tsp pumpkin pie spice

Blend until smooth (I use the 'Smoothie' setting on my Blendtec Blender) and enjoy! Perfect way to get into the holiday spirit for me!

Cellucor at Costco!

One of my favorite Brands for protein powders and workout supplements is at Costco - I felt the need to share!

I am obsessed with their protein powders. They have amaze balls flavors like Cor-fetti Cake and S'mores! (WHAT?!) but one of my favorites, that seems to go with anything, is Cinnamon Swirl. Right now you can get a 4 lb. tub for $39.99 (at my local Costco this was the only flavor available).

I also picked up the C4 Extreme Pre-Workout Intensifier. I got a 2-Pack for $39.99, with 30 servings each (they are normally $29.99 each). The only flavor they have at my local store is Fruit Punch but it is tasty! The extreme energy and focus I get from this helps me power through my workouts. I have come to love this stuff! If you are sensitive to caffeine I would start with 1/4 to 1/2 scoop in your water and see how you feel.

Strawberry Bday Cake Protein Shake

When you have extra strawberries and confetti cake protein powder just hanging out at your house... what else do you?

• 6 strawberries (could use frozen)
• Handful fresh spinach
• 1 C water
• 1 C ice
